Abstract

Shadow education which is known as private tutoring is the phenomenon which reflects school program but could not exist by itself. We live in the century when education has become a priority because people see their children’s prosperity in receiving quality education, and they define quality education when they pay for it. Therefore, shadow education is growing phenomenon and its backwash is seen in privatization and commodification of education
